Guest: Kevin Peterson A Licensed Marriage And Family Therapist And Founder You did try January, now see how you feel?  Kevin recommends now when you go out, try just having two drinks and see how that goes.  Alcoholism is defined, once we start drinking, we can't control it or stop.  Alcohol and drugs is about changing your mood, changing your feelings and changing your behavior.  When you go out, see how you do to limiting yourself to just two drinks.  Start keeping a chart and see how you are doing.  If you start going over four or five drinks a night more then once a week, it might be time to see a therapist.
