Guest: Lindsay Zaback WeeCycle is non-profit that recycles new and gently use baby gear and match it with families in need.  WeeCycle provides diapers, wipes, baby food and formula directly to people in need.  They have two ways of getting the items to those who need them.  The first way is through their partner organizations, they collaborates with 50 community organizations who can go online and order what they need.  The other way is through their new program (started during COVID), which is their mobile baby essential program.  The mobile baby essential program works with food banks and schools who are already giving out food and other resources.  Their goal for 2020 was to distribute 300,000 diapers; they blew that number out of the water and have donated a million diapers this year.  They have received an influx of toys this year so they collaborated with some early learning centers to hand them out.  They set up in a mobile unit in front of these locations so the parents could shop as they were dropping off their kids.    https://www.weecycle.org/
