Guest:  Dr. Takiyah Wilson Public Health Doctor February is American Heart Month; President Johnson started it in 1964.  Signs of a heart attack can be shortness of breath, tightness in the chest, women might experience jaw pain or nausea.  Heart attacks are more seen in men but numbers are on the rise for everyone.  Last year one in five people reported lower physical wellness and one in three reported lower emotional wellness.  It is recommended adults get 150 minute of moderate exercise a week to help prevent cardiovascular disease.  Now is the perfect time to “Reclaim Your Rhythm” and the American Heart Association has five ways to help you and take back control of your physical health and mental well-being.  The five steps are mellow out, move to the music, feed your soul, staying on beat with blood pressure, and learn hands on CPR.     www.heart.org
