Guest: Lisa McAlister is the Founder of with Good Cause and Dr. Laurie Thompson, OD, Optometrist at Academy Kids and Adventure Vision The mission of Von’s Vision is to provide low-income children with eye care and corrective eye ware that they need to be their best in the classroom and in life.  They have provided over $5 million worth of eye are services and eye ware across the country.  They have a program with Adventure Vision called Von’s Locker.  Von’s Locker is for children who are uninsured and give them home regular eye home going forward.  Von’s Locker room is offered in 13 locations across the Front Range.  The program has branched our rural area and they are also offered a spare pair.  A donation of just $25 helps to provide a kid with a pair of glasses.     Vonmiller.org
