Guest:  Kevin Peterson LMFT  The pandemic taught us that we can access resources for mental health through virtual through phones, there's been a lot more resources available and it's become a lot bigger deal.  When people were trapped at home people became addicted to all sorts of stuff including drugs or alcohol to make themselves feel better.  Since the pandemic a lot of people are still feeling on the edge or quick to react, the only way for that to change is for people to start taking care of themselves.  You cannot expect other people to change.  We need to learn to set boundaries.  It is ok to ask for help if you need it.  Therapy doesn't have to be for the rest of your life and it shouldn't be.
