Guest: Tatiana Hernandez CEO Community Foundation of Boulder County has been the communities trusted philanthropic partner for 30 years.  They manage around $80 million in assets and distribute $10-$15 million in grants every year.  They have activated six emergency funds since they started and just four of those have been in the last two years.  With the fires that have impacted the community, as of January 4th they have raised $12.9 million from over 43 thousand donors.  The board has approved up to $5 million to peoples whose homes have been destroyed and are in financial need.  They also approved up to $500,000 in financially assistance to evacuees whose homes survived but have other financially needs due to being evacuated.      https://www.commfound.org/grants/get-grant/Boulder-County-Wildfire-Fund
