Reports: Multiple items stolen from Nuggets’ Michael Porter Jr.’s hotel room

The Denver Nuggets are on a four-city eight-day road trip that has seen the club win both of their first two games.
The second stop was a comeback win in Indiana on Wednesday but it wasn’t all good for the Nuggets. Standout forward Michael Porter Jr. had several items stolen from his Indianapolis hotel room, according to reports from 9News and the Denver Post.
The reports state that $8,000 in cash, the two bracelets worth $2,000, and a Louis Vuitton bag worth $2,000 were snatched.
A police report was filed Tuesday, a day before to the Nuggets’ road win against the Pacers. In the report, the police say a bible was taken too.
Mike Singer did state in his story that Porter was not in his room at the time of the theft.
MPJ is scoring 18 points and grabbing six rebounds per game over Denver’s first 10 matches. He’s coming off a back injury that cost him of most of last season.
