The Denver Nuggets are planning to sign guard Austin Rivers for the rest of the season, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
The Denver Nuggets are planning to sign guard Austin Rivers for the rest of the season, sources tell ESPN. He’s averaged 24 minutes in five games on a 10-day deal. Nuggets lost guard Jamal Murray for year and are playing without Will Barton now.

The Nuggets signed Rivers to a 10-day contract just a few weeks ago and since then has averaged 24 minutes in five games.
Rivers is also averaging 5.2 points, 2.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.0 steal per game.
The Nuggets lost guard Jamal Murray for the year with a torn ACL and now are playing without Will Barton who is out with a right hamstring strain.
